Every modular panel is formed from genuine surgical-grade AISI 304 stainless steel sheets, backed with 12mm fire-retardant marine gypsum or polyurethane core, and bolted to a heavy-gauge galvanized perimeter framework. All panel joints are precision-sealed with medical-grade fungicidal silicone, creating a perfectly smooth, wipeable envelope that withstands the harshest sterilizing detergents and automated UV-C vapor decontamination cycles.

Coved Joints & Corners
All internal wall-to-wall, wall-to-floor, and wall-to-ceiling corners are finished with 50mm/75mm radius coving profiles to eliminate dead microbial accumulation zones.
Antibacterial Powder Coating
High-durability antimicrobial polyurethane coatings applied in clean clinical pastel green, soothing blue, or pristine off-white to eliminate glare under high-intensity surgical lights.
Integrated OT Pendants
