As the door blade reaches its fully closed position, the carriage rollers drop down 10mm and shift inward 8mm towards the wall frame, compressing high-elasticity EPDM rubber gaskets against the perimeter door jambs and floor. This creates an airtight hermetic barrier conforming to EN 12426 Class 4 air permeability standards, preventing cross-contamination between surgical corridors and the sterile theater.
