Energy-Efficient & Cost-Effective Turnkey Modular Partitioning
Galvanized Iron (GI PUF) modular cleanroom panels provide an optimal combination of outstanding thermal barrier performance, structural integrity, and economic feasibility. Widely specified for hospital operating rooms, intensive care units (ICUs), CSSD sterilization zones, and pharmaceutical cleanrooms, GI PUF systems minimize heat gain and HVAC energy consumption.
Manufactured in controlled presses with 0.8mm or 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized steel skins and injected with high-density CFC-free polyurethane foam (40 kg/m³), our panels feature precision tongue-and-groove or internal cam-lock joints. Coated with electrostatically baked epoxy polyester powder, the smooth finish resists airborne contamination while facilitating rapid cleaning.
Engineered For Hospital Efficiency & Longevity
Technical advantages that make GI PUF panels the preferred choice for fast-track medical facilities.
Superior Thermal Insulation
Exceptional low thermal conductivity (K-value: 0.022 W/mK) drastically cuts HVAC tonnage requirements, keeping operating rooms and cleanrooms cool with minimal electricity consumption.
Tongue & Groove Cam-Lock Joints
Internal eccentric cam-locks pull panels tight against each other with extreme mechanical clamping force, creating an airtight seal with zero visible surface fasteners.
Antimicrobial Powder Coat
60-80 micron electrostatically baked polyester powder coating infused with microbicidal additives prevents the growth of fungi, molds, and pathogenic bacteria.
Walkable Ceiling Integration
Heavy-load bearing walkable ceiling panels allow HVAC engineers and maintenance personnel to service HEPA filter plenums and light fixtures without interrupting surgical activities below.
Factory-Integrated Conduits
Internal PVC electrical conduits and medical gas piping pathways are pre-engineered during foam injection, eliminating field chiseling or exposed wall trunking.
Flush Double-Glazed Windows
Observation viewing panels fitted with 6mm+6mm toughened float glass, flush with both panel faces and desiccant-filled silica gel to eliminate internal condensation.
